Popular baking duo Aimee and Bryan Wingen, have developed a cult following for their rustic sourdough breads and bagels. Launched as licensed cottage food operators in Livermore, they are getting rave reviews! Baked fresh daily, sourdough breads are vegan, made simply with flour, salt and water. Aimee and Bryan both come from culinary background. Aimee was former pastry chef at Homestead in Oakland and Bryan previously managed Homeroom Mac + Cheese in Oakland. Besides breads and bagels, Wingen will also be making gluten free muffins and bread pudding.
